May 25 2014 United States Pentagon Closing Northern Hemishpere Bases around the Globe... Is it Due to FUKUSHIMA?

It seems the bases being closed by the pentagon are all seemingly situated in the Northern Hemisphere. So the question which begs to be asked is ,, What is going on in the Northern Hemisphere that they know about and are not telling us? Is it that they full well know and understand the implications of the March 11 2011 event which caused at least 4 full reactor meltdowns over at Fukushima Daiichi Japan? Is it due to the #4 Reactor and spent fuel pool storage facility explosion on May 20 2014 which also sent even more radioactive contamination into the Northern Hemisphere? Is it that they know what is not being reported in the main stream TV news?
